I've just checked there and the answer is no , they havent managed to match fr jones but i'm determined to use local business whenever i can .. Its rare i use fr jones now and thats nothing to do with their service . The boys at Gammies have been excellent and they seem determined to provide arborists up here with a good service , so hears hoping . :001_smile:

Ye its good that you can have a choice to buy locally.Gammies must be one of the oldest companies selling arb stuff even though it has changed hands yet again.First dealt with them about 1970.

They said i could trial any machine i liked and that they would personally deliver anything ,even chain oil to my premises . They were absolutely not pushy trying to sell me anything which i liked and seemed very helpfull so I'll wait and see .
