Ju Jitsu

Recently joined a Ju Jitsu club in my local town. Just wondered if anyone else is interested in it and learning it.

 

Would be appreciated if any reliable informational sources, books/DVDs, that people know of and would recommend could be listed here.

If its japanese there will be a nice etiquette in the club something that can be lacking in other arts. Only advice I would give you about training is watch who you partner up with, some folk don't know how to practice and end up trying to hurt you!! Good luck

Yeah, at the club I go to the etiquette is very strict!

And yes I need to be a bit more carefull with the partnering, because I've had

painfull problems with my elbow ever since someone overly bent it!

i've recently gone back to kickboxing after at least a 7 year lay off due to too many injuries. God its hard, but i love it.
