Well Ive looked and looked but I cant find any HSE Legislation. The most of anything I can find states "must be trained or competent"

 

I was referring to re newing tickets mate, you do need to get them in the first place but then they recommend refreshing every 5 years, which IMO is a crock

Maybe some kind log book like you do with MEWP or PTS??????

So just right a letter stating you are all trained and competant in hedge cutter use. Thats all you need.
