thats pretty crap IMO the customers could of been given better advice and a better outcome. but if they like to look at that fair enough.

 

 

looks like typical traveller work to be honest.

 

Its quite possible they were given better advice and that would have lead to a better outcome but at a higher price. If he had to rush to get the job done then he has deffo gone in cheap and the customer thought they were onto a winner!

 

Everyone agrees they look crap!

Thats better, the re growth will all start at the same time so will be more uniform in length, plus your leaving some branch so re-climbing in the future is going to be possible.

 

Have you asked the client if you can come back and tidy them? Id be interested to know what they say, they might like them how they are, in which case dont worry about it.

Dont forget theres a possibility youve killed them rather than pollarded them . Customer needs to be aware of this . :001_smile:

 

Highly unlikely unless they are already very stressed.

There's a corker of a lop and top down the road from me, will see if I can get photos. :thumbdown:
