Hi everyone , I've ordered up a Gri Gri 2 rappell device as part of a small , extremely lightweight rappell set up for my wife when she works away for extended periods ( usually in high rise apartments in some countries with poor HSE records ). I was hoping to use this as an aerial rescue kit for my own tree work aswell. Is this a practical set-up or are there other uses which i can put it to use ? :001_smile:

Thats good to know that colleges feel them worthy of use. Was the device attached to the casualties harness or was it used from the ground ?

Tying off at top of a stick when dismantling . Descend on a single line . That's what my gri gri 1 is used for .
