oil seals in turbo are probably goosed and the oil followed the induction pipework round and sitting in the lowest point

You always get oil in there just should not have too much. Does vehicle smoke or use oil. I think the engine breather goes in just after air filter so will always be damp in there.

Hi Steve thanks for that mate a mate said could be breather there was 1lt of oil in cooler not good may be eng or turbo thanks jon

Hi Steve and use 4lt of oil in 6 weeks that's not good at all it comes out at the bottom of cooler thanks jon

There will be oil in the intercooler, from the breather pipe, a little oil could look like a lot.....
