Was pushing a ladder up a tree next to a small Apple and a small Apple branch pinged off the ladder and hit me on the eye ball. Agony!

That was 4hrs ago and I now have blurred vision at 2-3 o'clock and it still really hurts.

Please be careful chaps.

I'm glad I wear glasses, saved me no end of times, plus wearing a peaked cap in woods , but still I have had sticks come up underneath my specs.

If your eye is still painful go to the nearest A+E or if worried directly to the county eye hospital, worth the wait

You will have scratched the lens of your eye, hence the blurred vision. The lens is like skin, it renews or sheds its outer layer so in a couple of days your blurred vision will have gone. But it is really painful, yours eyes water and snot pours out your nose, but you'll live

Sent from my iPhone cos it was

I had a beech bud scratch the back of my eyeball a few years back, had to have two weeks off work.

I was chipping and the brash while I was feeding it in went under my visor; under my glasses, under my eye lid and split second later the opposite way.

Carried on working but could t hack sunlight pity cuz there was a ladies hockey match going on next to us and I was doing to watch it. (•)(•)

opticians then hosp then London eye hosp.
