Should be OK with normal mix of oil to fuel and Aspen should be the same. The saw should run cooler as it will clear the exhaust quicker - one of the US guys proved this on a 026 some time ago.

As long as the carb is properly adjusted after porting.

Aspen 2T is mixed with the high grade and well respected Aspen 2stroke oil at 2% ( 50:1)

 

This will offer the same, or better, protection as any pump petrol mix with oil such as Stihl ultra at 2%

 

When changing any fuel, even different makes of pump fuel and oil it is as well to check the tune. The same applies to Aspen but there should not be much difference if any.
