Your a pair of heathens, the original is still the best.

Scotty, pulling that oak back in saved a lot of work. I often end up with ropes running close by one another

I'd have ropes running close together myself, but looked like the tip of the branch nearly caught your climbing line. I could be wrong, hard to see it clearly in a video. Job got done, you saved a bit of work, and are still here to post a video about it. I'm not putting your work down, my rigging isn't exactly top notch as there isn't much call for it where I'm living. There's plenty of open space to drop, and often cut and chuck works just as fast for the odd bit that could be roped. Probably rigged 3 trees in the last year.

Interested to see that redirect in more detail as well.

It clipped my rope but no big deal. Redirect is simple. A just take a sling and clip, hand ascender with roller attached with a tether. That's all I need to frog walk, 3 to 1 rads or re direct.

Do you find that that pnoutting a 3 to 1 advantage is something that is needed regularly on most of climbs with this system?

Nice vid & top tune.

no, I only used rads there because I was wearing spikes not the pantin. I prefer to limb walk using the 1 to 1 method most of the time. Are you using srt?
