Bottle it up take it home pour it into ice cube tray with a sprig of mint, once frozen serve in your favourite tipple. Birch sap is my favourite and it is even said to contain cancer healing properties.

Nothing too taxing. Just a matter of interest.

 

I was climbing a Sycamore last Friday (10/2/12) & she was running sap like a tap.

 

This was N/W London way.

 

Any sap rise else were?

 

If so what area, spices & Date.

 

all the acer's are bleeding at the mo,, relly bad,, ive been felling alot sycamores and feild maples and the water just flows out the stump
