A run a v8 90 and a 14' ifor when I'm doin my own jobs, have a Jo beau, chip onto the trailer then put the Jo on too.

Now thats what i was on about Mike, how heavy is the Jo Beau roughly and what diameter would it chip? Do you just use ply to stop chip flying everwhere or the mesh sides that some of the Ifors have?

That V8 sounds tasty!

The Jo beau is about 120-150kg think it'll do about 3". I've got a little crane on the trailer now to lift it on and off. Yeah just use some ply sheets, wouldn't mind the mesh but it's not cheap.

Here's a pic of my old trailer it was 12' but got the 14' now and leave a space at the front of the trailer for the chipper.

Thing is you either get a tow along and a tipper or something like my set up. As I didn't want the costs etc of another vehicle I did it this way. Plus you can carry more legally than a transit. Not sure I'd have this set up if I worked for myself fulltime as it can be a pain having 4" plus pieces that can't be chipped.
