Waterproof storage

Does anyone you storage boxes that are waterproof, I want to store all my climbing kit in the container I rent but its damp and leaks a little, Im not complaining as I pay £20 a month for over 30 ft

I use blue food storage tubs. Great for kit storage. You get em cheap off eBay.

is there any way that containers can be made as to not be as damp/condense water as much? kingspan siliconed to the roof or anything else (obvioursly done when dry)

If you store your gear in a water tight and airtight container it will go mouldy. As said you would be better off sorting the container!

Wood is the answer I reckon. Wooden lining in your container with vents.

I am getting a peli case, it's a bit expensive but will last.

Pelican cases are great but remember there only waterproof when stored the correct way up- on there side they can still let water in.

What about storing a few bags of rice in the container to absorb the water!!

There are special socks that go inside ISO's to soak up moisture and it should have some vents on each side. You mentioned leaking and that will be the main problem to resolve.

If you just want smallish waterproof containers then I can recommend Stanley "Fat Max" toolboxes. I use them for stowage on canoe expeditions. Not as high spec as pelicase but if you're not planning to drive a tractor over them then they're just as good but about £22 quid each.
