As I understand it, it isn't a level on the qualifications framework, but it is a pre-requisite (or maybe just recommendation) that you have a level 3 to take and pass the pti. I may well be wrong...

argh bless, wouldnt worry about it too much, level numbers mean squatt to me!

 

but thats only cos im a minus as far as numbers go! lol

sounds about right, I wouldnt qualify for entry to the PTI on those terms though!

Pretty sure you would, I think it is at the discretion of the Pti provider to decide whether you experience would qualify you. 80% sure level 3 is a recommendation only...

Profesional tree inspection, an assesment module with a recognised level 2 accreditation of ones ability to determine tree health and hazards.

 

Ah yes, another course with very little chance of making ''wonga'' out of it in the real world...
