Been trying to get hold of any human at ealing councilwho could help me - its getting on my nerves sifting through pre recorded messages with no joy whatsoever!!

Direct no to a tree officer would be great or just the tree department for ealing council

 

Need to check for a TPO at a family members property in Acton.

Oh you're soooo last season . Neil's been at LBH&F for a few years now.

 

As a member of the public you won't be put directly through to anyone in the Arb' section if you call the Council number(s). The call centre staff have been very well trained by the previous manager there and now know that giving out officers' mobile numbers is a very BAD thing to do. In theory, all new enquiries are looked at within 24 hours and anything deemed an emergency will be "flagged" and also a call centre staff member will wonder over to the nearest TO and pass on the details verbally.

 

It may also be worth trying Gristwood's, depending on the nature of your original post, as they are the Borough's fixed term contractor.

 

For any London Borough, contact details for the TO's can be found at Borough Contacts (List), although it does tend to be a bit out of date. You know how these TO types like to swap Boroughs every six months
