Askham Bryan college in York's not too far away, though I've heard some worrying reviews of their course. I did mine in Yorkshire with Andrew Morton Training, he was quite good and may be running a course in North Yorks, and TK Forestry near Huddersfield have got a good rep too.

Don't know if they are too far away though...

a brand new training centre building is being put up this spring we are starting construction in a few weeks time,, new courses coming too start May/ June 2012

I have a mate who wants to get his basic chainsaw tickets in the Scotch Corner/ Barnard Castle area (N Yorks/County Durham).

 

Anyone know where/who?

 

send me a pm with your number mate, have two people wanting theres and your welcome to tell him to jump on board, were just in catterick and training will be there to
