Bought this of ebay, cheap as chips. Line spins out easily and seconds to reel back in.

Combine this with a Wild Sling Solo water bomb launcher and it makes getting that line over the desired branch and reeling back in much more effortless and fun!

i have been thinking that.....2 ideas in mind, a standard catapult with a wrist support, then attach to piece of hazel and try that el cheapo for starters £8 tops.

 

or you could alloy telescopic boat hooks - only make £1 to £5 on ebay, not sure how strong.

 

 

One of my guys tried it as he has a descent hunting catapult. It didn't work at all well, sadly.
