Hi all, hope youve all had a merry christmas. i'm after a little advice as to the most direct way to get hold of the right person to get bt cables dropped. I have a couple of jobs now that require lines dropped and one has come in with very little notice. Ive worked around them many times in the past but this is not an option here and the work is in Somerset. Any info or contacts for this area much appreciated.:001_smile:

Good luck with getting it sorted short notice with bt. If your really stuck my mate used to put poles up for a living and is in exeter. He could drop and re connect for you.

Thanks for replies, ive dropped and reconnected lines myself before but this is a little more complicated as the line runs to a separate property and the job is for a local authority. Ill need to go through BT but its going to be painful, what makes it so much more complicated is that the short notice job is to be done in conjunction with a HV line drop! Tom i had thought of Rob as a way of finding a name of some one to contact directly locally but i guess ill try to contact him in the new year if i need to. Thanks again all.
