This was a mate from college who filmed me climbing a few weeks back.decided it would be fun to put me on youtube under the description ' cerne pelvic thrusting'! cheers mate:001_tongue:

 

sorry its not as intresting as some of the great tree work clips on here, im not goning to be able to anything like that for a while yet until im good enough. hope your not to bored , its only short.

Stop unravelling you,re arm, just slide it through the loop,s n see how much time n effort you save.

 

Or better still develop a grip that means you don't need a loop, those gloves really help, I won some in the Christmas raffle, I had never climbed in gloves before, I could not believe the difference they make, my forearms thought I was on my holidays!!:001_tt1:

Cerne, it would help you tremendously to go on the next Climbing get together down your end.

 

One of the problems of working in this job, especailly on your own is you don't know that your technique is not efficient.

 

Going on the get togethers and watching and learning from others is really good and you learn that you have been doing this and that wrong for years

 

...and there people there that are very happy to exchange info and techniques

i agree Dean, i wanted to go on the last one but couldnt make it, im always looking to learn from you more experinced pepole on here. i still got a lot to learn.
