Good grief...

I just buy a saw and get on with it.

As long as its not yellow and black its good.

I'm a Stihl man by default only because I like the colour.

Husquavarnanananana is obviously a great brand but hey.

Such comparisons are all rather trainspotter/stampcollector/dried penis collector...

Just get on and do the job and stop quibbling about details.

(unless its really yellow and black crap)

Is that right? My mate is saving up for the 125 but also considering the KTM ???

Husky bikes haven't been built in Sweden for a long time. Sold off to the Italians and now owned by BMW. My first dirt bike was Husky until it blew up. I've ridden the newest 300 stroker and it's nice. Very popular in Europe and at least they're keeping the orange plague at bay:001_smile:

Mucolloch and McAlister and all the cheap nasty makes seem to be yellow and black or yellow and blue...

Castorama were selling a McAlister top handle for 109euros last winter.

It took 2 men to lift and lasted a day before breaking.

Identified the problem as the colour scheme.

It just wasn't orange...:001_tongue:

I tried a 346xp and 261 and ended up buying the MS261.

Its been reliable in my hands and is strong and cuts like a trooper. Good fuel economy and very little stink once its warm.

Runs well on a 15" and will drag round an 18" bar if it has to (as long as the chain is kept nice and sharp).

I'm happy.... (so far).
