International 684 restored (pics)

So it may have appeared that I had vanished off the face of the internet for the past few months, and this is the reason why-

windscreen has been fitted since the photos were taken.

various improvements include- twin worklights front and rear, twin rear spools, mp3 CD player, twin beacons, sidelights that fold in against the bonnet out of harm's way and quick release mesh guarding on the left hand window and door glass for flail work. Now all I need to do is get some money to buy a hedgecutter to go on it...

she looks fantastic! great to see a proper tractor restored so nicely. looks from the original condition like you had a hell of a job on your hands, at least cosmetically! was she sound mechanically?

 

I've got a 684 that came from your part of the country, well, was north wales. she arrived in a terrible state and for the most part still is, although she does stirling work on the saw bench and splitter!
