International 684 restored (pics)

So it may have appeared that I had vanished off the face of the internet for the past few months, and this is the reason why-

 

 

 

 

 

windscreen has been fitted since the photos were taken.

various improvements include- twin worklights front and rear, twin rear spools, mp3 CD player, twin beacons, sidelights that fold in against the bonnet out of harm's way and quick release mesh guarding on the left hand window and door glass for flail work. Now all I need to do is get some money to buy a hedgecutter to go on it...

she looks fantastic! great to see a proper tractor restored so nicely. looks from the original condition like you had a hell of a job on your hands, at least cosmetically! was she sound mechanically?

 

I've got a 684 that came from your part of the country, well, was north wales. she arrived in a terrible state and for the most part still is, although she does stirling work on the saw bench and splitter!

We have had an old 684 running our processor for about 5 years. They come with a permanent 540 and 1000 pto. No farting about fitting shafts its there ready to go. On 1000 pto ours lasts weeks on a fill of fuel.

Where do you get your International parts from? Ive got an old B-275 which needs a little tlc and a few parts. - Dynamo, Glow Plugs, Brakes etc. And some companies online seem expensive!
