Had an Email today from an out fit called Premiumwood.co.uk. Always concerned when a company does not have a landline number or give an address. If too suspicious so beit.

Hi, the "out fit" bit made me smile a little :001_smile:

I do understand Your concerns about the address and landline, these are fixed now.

We are fairly new to the UK market and the website is still in "under construction" state, little by little we'll get it right tho.

For those who got our email and aren't interested in what we have to offer, please simply reply to email saying - no thanks, and we'll stop disturbing you in future.

Thank you for understanding

I deal with a guy from Gloucestershire who does kiln dried logs and the're a quality product and packaged very well:thumbup:Petty so many people gave you such a bad report behind your back so to speak I really dont think there was any need for it whatsoever. The kiln dried logs market would not exist in this country if all these guys are selling good quality seasoned logs:001_rolleyes:(I think theres a few talk the talk but very few actually walking the walk)Now you've introduced yourself I wonder how many go very quiet for a while:lol:. Welcome to the site and best of luck with your product.

Thanks Phil

Thank You very much Phil, I really do appreciate the kind words You said. (Such a massive number of phonecalls and emails we received last night, quoting arbtalk forum (that's all down to You!!!), we didn't even get a chance to reply everyone straight away)

This is our first season in the UK, we did a decent research before entering the market, and came to the conclusion that there was a niche in high-end product category, so here we are :D

Thanks again for a such a warm welcome!!!

Err, I would expect from our advertisments n the Firewood Directory.

That's way too obvious. No wonder I didn't think of it!

I to was surprised by everyones negativity about this e mail.

Maybe it's just the "got an email out of the blue trying to sell me stuff" effect?
