What would you do if you couldn't do trees anymore?

If I absolutely had to give up arboriculture, then I guess I would be forced to to go back to being an international supermodel to pay the bills

Thats this thread gone for a Burton! unless the subject title can be changed to..... Show us your super model photo's Janey

I didn't realise you'd retired from the supermodel circuit janey :sneaky2:

It was a tough decision: doing the catwalks for Prada or surveying trees in the pishing rain? A girl doesn't always have enough time in her life for two careers, so the all glamour, high octane world of Local Authority freelancing won.

been a posty, it was cool in summer, brutal in winter.:sneaky2::sneaky2:

I like digging in mucky puddles:thumbup:

I was to Stephen in Scotland for 5 years, loved the shorts on in the summer hated the cold wet hands in the winter, brutal country in the winter for walking the streets.

The whole reason I'm in this job is because I went to college to learn forestry and conservation in order that I could work as park ranger in Canada. Never managed to follow that through to its conclusion so would definately look at work in conservation somewhere. I'd also enjoy working with Great White sharks though obviously not as bait. If I had my choice of any job? Don't think you could beat what Sir David Attenborough does for a crust.

And I'm also looking forward to those super model pics Janey.

Aw, go on then.

How about this one from my portfolio?

And back on track, although I'm prepared to do pretty much anything work wise if I had to, I really can't imagine a future career that doesn't involve trees in any description.

I'm doing my job of choice already and I'm too much of a spoilt brat to even think about an alternative.
