cracking machine but..... they wear out tracks/idlers etc very quickly, when the tracks get worn they throw them off very often, people then overtighten the tracks which wear's everything else a bit quicker!!!!!!!! good machine if it only has one or two operators who turn it rather than slew it round everywhere!!!!

Not a t150 but a t320 I have hired one a fair few times cleared about 20 big sites with one. They are great tools on the wright site. I had a large flail/mulcher on it and is very heavy so will get stuck in a bog also not great on a slope. If the ground is flat and dry its great the one I used has air con and a radio the cockpit is a good place to be good seat etc..

If I had 70k ( for the forestry spec t320/ high flow fc190) I would get one. Have a look on Skidsteersolutions

Sorry if not any help as not the same machine but I take it they are fairly similar

Although bobcats were one of the first, and have become the generic name for skidsteers, they remain fairly budget machines, which is where the longevity problems arise from. A frim I worked for in the late 90s had two of them, and exactly the problems described above were recurrent. In the end he swapped them both for New Holland versions. These were slightly more powerful and smoother overall,.....however, it could have been because they were a touch newer albeit second hand. He found sourcing parts for these machines easier than the Bobcat machines too. I always found that with the two levers both pressed fully forwards that the machine would veer to the left.

Hi All,

I have no experience of the Bobcat; but we have available for the sale a Boxer 427 with many attachments. The boxer is a mini-skid steer.

We bought this machine for our hire fleet, but to be honest it was something that never really took off.

If anyone is interested please email or call me.

Kind regards,

Lee James
