tractor or telehandler?

tree surgeon,with very good firewood business, cant decide if next purchase is telehandler or tractor with loader,,so many ++ and vice versa,,,old tractors have monster hours and hold mega prices,,,teleporters rams and seals suspect,,,any one else these dilemas??

you can now get a teleporter with a pto , & big engine ,not sure ther fancy name is , case make 1, & them green 1, s have a pto can think of the name

a good telehandler is very useful you would be amazed at what you can do with it they become a third hand , though articulated shovels give you very good view. .

a shovel is a lot bea lot handier around the yard.

a tractor would be better in a wood though

what about a comprise a tractor with a loader

 

it all depends on what type of work you do.

Some of the Merlo's have PTO's but not cheap..

hi mate,i am looking at tractors with loaders as my original post, the merlo turbo farm handler has a pto but dont come on the market much as ther 35k,,,and guess there still being used,,?

what type off work do you do mostly as this is the main factor

 

 

i would not bother with a merlo with a pto as it is a is a big blind spot on telehandlers at the back
