Whilst working in a tree i got my top handle nipped up, got another one sent up and, whilst freeing the branch, sawed right throught the chain brake handle of the first one - Doh!! Was at tree surgeon school at the time!

Not the end of the world.

 

My old 084 had tyre marks over the top when I drove the tranny over it. I even had to back up a bit cos it wouldnt drive over it first time.

 

 

 

I thought it was a log under the wheel.

Prety silly place to leave the 026 really, under or next to a big log / stem Hmmmm...... Out of sight, easily stolen Hmmmm... wish i was around at the time with my hoody, could of snuck up behind the stem and then gone and flogged it down the local......

Had the investigation into the ‘Accident’ today. There was the health and safety officer, the parks manager and myself. I stood-up and took the rap, I'm such a nice chap!...:001_smile:

 

I thought the HSE would only get involved if someone was injured:confused1:

 

Nice1 for taking the blame theres not many peeps about these days that would do that :001_smile:

Now thats a top boss to take the rap - ours wouldn't.

 

How much does your councils H&S officer know about arb & forestry work John? what ours knows I could right on the back of a 1st class stamp!
