Thats exactly why I've left it til well past the end of the 3month post-op period, press ups and sit up/crunches are listed as the next thing after walking and cycling, building up to some form of weight training if I'm lucky (though I'm pushing a bit of work on the kettle bells tbh) I wasmaiming for around the 6 press up marker though, not 1. :001_rolleyes:

Been doing commando get fit training last 3months, managed 9.5 although the last one i got to the top and then collapsed, must admit, thought would manage 11-12 maybe.

Still at 16st,11(and a half) lbs pretty chuffed with that.

My mouths like a sandy flipflop now so going to get a drink.

Crikey the more i type im getting dizzy and feeling sick, cheese pickle sandwich straight after wouldnt have helped.

Nice challenge that, I like it!!! whats the record so far then?

Just read this whole thread to see what the crack is, for the record and to supplement my meagre efforts, after each set i stood up straight and went back down immediately after, probably 2-3 sec break max. will try it the easy way later, hehe.. ten seconds seems like a good while to be resting to me. hmmmm
