Job done and cleared up! After AHS had taken there 150 ish tons of chip we still had three transit loads of rakings to chip & 4 grain trailers of waste to clear up. Not to mention the odd hole to fill.

A few pics off my phone.

 

6 Wagon loads of chip from 11 poplars and a a couple of willows.

 

Ben and Steve and their team did a good job an hopefully all was completed to the clients satisfaction.

Tyres would not have made a haporth of difference. nor chains, or even ecotrax. once I went through the crust of that bog it was end of story. I had to dozer in a road of crushed stone just to get the excavator in.
