Weve got a ryedale one we bought it to deal with all the thin stuff you seem to get mixed in big loads - wish id had one years ago we did 16 cubic metres in 5 hours!

I believe this one has a normal blade rather than a Tungsten Tipped blade. Worth checking to see if the price they quote you is with a Tungsten blade upgrade. Also worth checking the number of drive belts and if the gearbox is steel or Aluminium.

+1 for the riko one. Haven't brought one yet but after looking at alot seems to be very well made, tungsten blade and not a bad price.

i've got a browns circular saw and the Tungsten tips are worth every penny!!! Which ever u buy, and i have no experience of anyother makes, just don't skimp and not have the tungsten tips u'll always regret it in my opinion!

Judging by it's performance I would say that's quite slow. I have one for sale in classified it will cut 12 inches in one cut and is much quicker.

only thing that puts me off compared with other machines is once the log is cut it doesnt fallon the floor... prob ok with smaller stuff but as you can see from video bigger stuff is more of a problem
