Just gave my 028super a good clean, sharpen and tune up. its going to a new home today :crying: love this saw but have just bought a 038super

Then gave the bench a well needed clean and tidy ready to strip and clean my 020t. How do you get the flywheel off the 020t? it doesn't use the standard screw puller?

After months of plugging our macbook into the big tv due to an LCD invertor cable going wrong and no screen on mac, I ordered the new part around £16.50 delivered from arizona usa PBParts(highly recommended.) Fitted it today and now works brilliantly again.

I tried to get the part in the uk but to many apple rip off attitude merchants selling 2nd hand at higher price or doing the repair for £200!!!!!!

However I don't know if this post qualifys in this thread as I did it on kitchen worktop.

A work bench is still a work bench mate.

Bit like my coffee table is a work bench.

A 034 will be appearing on the bench at some point.

Runs ok from cold. Get about ten minutes in and it stalls, starts to loose power then won't rev up. Then dies and won't start again. Don't think it's fuel as you can smell it from exhaust after trying to start for ages. Let the diagnosis begin.

No Screw thread on the 020 or MS200T, there are a couple of methods - undo the central nut, first is to use a set of small pullers but this works better with the tank removed as it gives more access, the other way is to pop a large screw driver between the flywheel and crankcase, tap it in to place and whack the end of the crank with a hard plastic/rubber mallet - the end float on the crank will allow the flywheel to come off:thumbup:

The kitchen worktop makes a fine bench as does the kitchen table - as long as er indoors is out and you clean all the crap off the surface and unless she comes home early:blushing::lol:
