Hi Mourningwood,

We might be able to help you here. We have 1.2 cubic meter crates of fully seasoned softwood available at £45 per crate plus £5 deposit for each crate which we'll refund if the crate is returned. The logs are currently less than 15% moisture content and ready to burn.

We can deliver 48 crates at a time plus a nominal charge for diesel. How many crates are you looking for? Also our logs are cut to approx 10' - how does that work for you?

Do you know what your 1.2m crate is in terms of weight?

Do you offer hardwood as well?

Hi Jamie,

Each crate is rougly 250kg but we sell by volume rather than weight as UK law doesn't permit log suppliers to sell by weight (logs and firewood can contain water).

We have a limited supply of hardwood and of courses prices are more expensive (£70 per crate plus £5 deposit for crate which is refunded upon return). How much hardwood are you looking for?

Hope this helps,

Best wishes,

Cheap prices them brian I sense you will be busy.is wood kiln dried as 15percents very dry for air seasoned stuff.

Hi Yeti,

Yes cheap  and hope to get busier as temperatures dip. Agree 15% is very dry for air seasoned logs but Woodfuel Wales can validate this as they too have tested it recently. You're more than welcome to come down and test it yourself if you like.

Best wishes,

Brian
