Winch fiitted to me transit

That looks neat,quick tip,get a spot weld on a bolt/nut end on the winch to bumper & bumper to chassis,or it will likely get nicked.

Tidy job, did you make the winch tray yourself?

Hi Simon, yes made the tray, well the whole thing myself, bit off a custom build, couldnt find any thing for transits on the market.

What make of winch is that? (I know most of them as I read the adverts just as much as the articles in the off road mags!!)

 

Looks really good, neat installation which doesnot stick out too much.

I don't see the point of that, when you can only use it for self rescue, or do you go in a lot of muddy fields?
