Were you one of the "herberts playing dressing up" in Uppermill the other week end?

I particularly like the chap who turns up year on year in full SS dress uniform complete with concentration camp guard insignia.

Soooo politically correct.

Not me !!!!!!!!! I only dress up in the bedroom !!! lol

I suppose the Tarzan outfit WOULD look a little out of place in the frozen veggie aisle in Tesco.

What do you want the QL for? Is it for spares for one you already have, or a resoration project or to use as a working vehicle?

Hi Janey right lets start from the begining !!!!!

I have a very rare WW2 GS (general service) body from a war time QL that came off a logging lorry many years ago.

Now I need a cab/chassis to restore it back to an origional WW2 QL.

I am also interested in any parts that could complete a restoration.

Thanks for all the help so far, Ian :thumbup1:

HAve you not got any hippy traveller sites near you? Loads of the guys I used to know lived around oxfordshire area back in the day.....Go to one of them and see what they can come up with. TBH though most of the mad old rigs have ended up in the police crusher or down in spain now I think...
