Kettlebell training

I know a few guys here do kettlebells.....just took delivery of a set today, 12,16 and 20kg a piece. Just browsing youtube and wanted your opinions on this workout as a starting point please

Good straight forward stuff, just take care with your wrists they wreck mine, but then my wrists are not great anyway.

 

Where did you get yours from did you pick them up or get them delivered.

I did quite a bit of research on these as it appears theres kettlebells, and theres kettlebells. These seems to receive generally good comments. Had them delivered....£130 all in for the set of 3

It's a brutal workout, kettlebells. I used to have quite a few, but was always too much of a wuss to do anything serious with them. I didn't like getting that out of breath!

 

My friends shop (Strength Shop) would have saved you a few quid on the kettlebells.

Good man Steve, kettles was better today, that's my 12 th visit in a month, going to move up to a 12 kg this weekend and see how I do.

price wasnt the important factor here............the ones your friend stocks seem to have quite a rounded bottom profile which i read to avoid

Fair enough!

 

The kettlebells he has are flat bottomed (so do stand upright) - I remember how irritating the rounded ones can be. Have fun with them anyway!
