A few finds from recently

Feel free to Id them, I'm very new to learning about fungi, anyone care to recommend a good fungi id book?

 

All on birches these, had a cracking photo of a huge Daldinia Concentrica but I can't find it, will hunt it out!

first 2 and last one all seem to be the same image which is piptoporus betulinus " the razor strop"

 

the 4th possibly looks like fomes fomentarius (spelling?)

 

not sure on the 3rd image?

Colour difference threw me, why is the first so contrasting, White/black and the others a brown/dirty white, would this be due to spores?
