Log nets per M3

What size log nets are people using and how many can you fill from a loose m3 etc? TIA.

I am using 52x85cm and usually get 38 to 40 from 1.5 m3, they are not tight about 12/13 logs per net using fuel wood bagging tray so each net gets the same amount.

my nets are bigger than that, i have found you have to sellt he same size as other local suppliers.

50cm x 60cm net 1.5m3 potato crate gives me 60 bags with 12-14 logs in logs 8-10 inch long. I tend to do small logs, as most of business is narrow boats and terraced houses with small log burners.

Can you really get 50 nets per cube? Im trying to figure it out to see what price i would be able to sell wholesale.

IMHO

 

1m³ = 1000 Litres

 

Large bag 15 kg is around 40 L 52cmx70

 

Medium Bag 10 kg is around 27 L 42cmx70

 

1000/40 = 25 large bags makes 1m³

 

1000/27 = 37 Medium bags makes 1m³
