does anyone know how many 8"x5" logs you can roughly get in a m3 bag because i sell mine for £32 per 100 and i wanted to know how that works out price wise to the rest of you selling in m3 bags.

So are you subsidising the within county rate or delivering it yourself?.

Within county is £25/pallet and nationwide is £40/pallet. Use palletways as they dont surcharge for a taillift vehicle like most hauliers do. Within 2 miles I deliver at no cost. Further than that people collect or it goes by courier. That beats buying and running a tipper or tipper trailer.

Bloody hell the company i work for does a transit load which is 2.5m3 for £95 for seasoned hardwood

 

Thats below cord wood cost.
