Tree failure - close shave

Interesting exchange of knowledge but OK latin spelling lesson over - are the other trees at risk of the same type standing nearby?

 

Have seen a few 'healthy' oaks fall over with root failure over the years, always a bit mystified Also a few where they have died off but still standing - could the latter be sudden oak death? what are the symptoms, noticed and increase.

 

Tree fell over at 2:30pm kids come out of school at 3:00pm and head for the park on a sunny day - lucky.

It was 10 years ago mate.  Might be too long ago to remember or find the results.

looks to me like our exit from the eu has caused a failure in the roots of this tree and to protect all the other trees we need to all stop buying white bread and go vegan.

but i could be wrong.
