Having issues with the MS200, chain oil stopped working no oil whatsoever being fed......any ideas

 

Probably blockage in the oil pump (99% certain as it happens often) you will need to remove the clutch/drive sprocket, remove the oil pump and manually move the drive worm in the pup to back the blockage out.

 

Also low the oil feed pipe and filter out and drain the gunk out of the oil tank. I swill some petrol about in the oil tank to break the oil down a bit and getbrid of more sawdust/ wood chip that gets intomthe tank.

 

I did a thread on how to do it but it's died and disappeared somewhere now.:laugh1:
