These situations upset me because they are avoidable. The LA should have put out a press release and carried out some PR work to inform the expert public as to why this is necessary.

Then there are no knee jerk reactions, by jerks.

 

have you any idea how time consuming and open for grief that would be

can you imagine the work a LA officer would have if they had 3 teams on the go day after day

 

would you consult all the neighbours on every job you took on to see if they all agrees
