Anybody suffering from it yet ?

 

I have just put all the flood gates on the doors and lower windows, we are next to a small river and have a private road with a bridge for access, bridge has disapeered under the water so its not looking good, we were supposed to be in bolton tonight for a wedding tomorrow, doesnt look like we will be making it - probably be cleaning up here....:sad:

Sorry to hear that Chris, hope all is OK. We are half way up towards the beacon in town so I think most of the country will be stuffed if we get in trouble.

The wife is a bit worried but i think it is quite exciting, feel a bit like noah at the moment - i dont want it to flood but no point in worrying so nwhat the hey, i may have some cool pics to post :001_smile:

Chris, Hope yours will be ok.

 

My utility flooded again, but learnt from the last time so raised dishwasher, washing machine up ect ect. Hope it doesn't get bad like last time i had no electric for almost 2weeks and no water for about 3. :thumbdown:

discovery's ready to go. lightbars are back on, genny's in the back, ropes are in, pump and sandbags in the sankey.

 

could be a busy weekend if this rain keeps up!
