Never been asked for a bag of logs

Seems most people use them to dry the wood, then tip them.

The way I see that it's extra cost as they don't last long

 

Hi all my customers have loose loads except 1 who wanted them in a bag so did it for him.Just goes to show how different the trade is in different areas ,just like the difference in prices.

Don t think the logs will dry in those bags in a kiln need stillages for that.

Agreed different areas different requirements but it's like a lot of things thesa days people don't want to get there hands dirty and have very little time so having it in bags saves them both. Advertise the fact and I think you would get more sales in bags ... We did.
