My guess would be that if he put price up to reflect increase in raw materials cost and explained why then he wouldn't lose many customers. And even if he did then better to do less customers at increased prices.

It's been freezing up here for weeks and similar forecast so guess why demand so strong.

 

But how many years down south you had an intermittent season?

All gone now but even just the 4" or so we had was enough for the a50 dual carriageway to get gridlocked
