Top one some kind of lime , Elm leaves arn't symmetrical at the petiole if that makes sense and the second one does look like an ornamental maple so prob the one sawman mentioned

english elm - ulmus procera

 

possibly a cultivar of sycamore - acer pseudoplatanus ????

the top one is definately Tilia cordata due to the defined heart shaped base and abrupt point, you will be able to tell by tufts of hair in the vein axils

 

the second one is not brilliantissium but my best guess would be Acer Opalus, the italian maple, as you can see from the pics you have posted the lobes are rounded but have the same form as the septemlobum group of maples, which also makes me think it could be some sort of Acer rubrum cv.
