i use a marlow 11mm(aries i think) cheap cheap cheap. it did hurt my hands to start with but now i have developed a vulkun death grip

I have been using cougar blue and is working really well is thicker then my velocity and runs really well, as Pete says clean rope, may be a new clutch is in order and more practice using the wooden brake if he has burnt a clutch out

Iv recently replaced my clutch and my body is really worn so I'm getting a lot of creep I just lock my line off around my brake lever.
