beech tree failure check this OUT!! Fungi as well!

Was driving along the other day and saw this i had to get some pics!! it had a limb fall of the tree and go across the road in winter then this happend the other day!

What is the fungi please?

no i am not doing the clean up.it would be down to the council to sort it out as its on council land and i am not registerd on there list etc, but i hope they leave it to be honest its an amazing site and it is in no ones way as it is set back from the road.

Is this along te A267 near wadhurst and Frant on the right if headed towards Eastborne where they were resurfacing? I saw one just like it whilst for the convoy vehicle there, had one big failed limb and brash stacked next ot it just like that.
