Fire was lit again last night seems to get to about 8ish and then suddenly drops cold here, always has been a wierd house for getting the temperature right :001_rolleyes:

Thought about it but decided against it. Log store full though waiting for the inevitable cold wet day

i dont have gas anymore.

yes definately cost about 1.5 k to put in and will pay for itself in less than 12 months :)

 

HI PETE that the way we have a good stove here called a euro heat stove 16kw one it very our gas bill for the year is £350 for the year no more i no a chap nr me with a very small old house his gas was £60 a week when in winter thats mad jon :thumbup:
