My Bruv and his family use it all the time.

 

They used to all be very overweight...

 

And they are still all very overweight, other than my nephew who goes to the gym instead. Infer from that what you lke, but it doesn't seem like the best of adverts for wii fit to me.

I'm sure its better for them than not doing it, and if they wer enever going to go to the gym then its better than nothing?

 

My gym has just been sold to another company (which is cheaper) but the old company are still taking DD's!! Serves me right for not going in 2 months I suppose but I have now cancelled that DD. I would have to pay a joining fee to go back to the same gym under the new company!!!

 

Since I hardly go to the gym anyway, never using a wii fit would be about the same, so I might as well waste money on that? And can then play games on it too? Logic!!

I had a go on the in Law's Wii at the Yoga - SWMBO wasn't very happy I was better than her at it :biggrin:

 

I did yoga for years, was going to be an instructor until I realised how mental they all were. Anyway, one thing I learned very early on was that you cannot be better (or worse) than some else at yoga.
