looks great. Fantastic grain. Are the legs free standing or set innthe ground?

 

Quite a modest pad you have there.... if I sell enough planks we'll upsize as well!:wink::wink:

A few more pics. The bed was joined by the local joinery firm (I've not got the patience for a router).

 

Simple to make but handy if you know somewhere that can rip down and plane your planks.

 

Elm was bought off Big J. Really lovely piece of wood for the headboard.

Rob's posts were 11 years ago - I think he may be swamped with his Chainsawbars business these days to have the time  produce much - I could be wrong?

 

You can move mountains if you delegate - sometimes you just have to let go of some of the day to day tasks and trust others.
