felco. still using my original pair that were given to me by an old gardener who had had them for about twelve years before i got them, i've had them nearly fifteen years now. only had to change the spring and the blade.

Sounds like my favorite rake, had it fifteen years.....you know the rest!

what do you like about each as you are all saying different modules

 

felco offer a number of different models, the best one for you will be the ones that best suit your needs. they take into acount different hand types/sizes, lefthand/righthand, what youre cutting and what size, strength of user etc etc. look on their website you will get the idea.

 

also they offer replacable parts for, i think, all models. blades, screws, springs, clips etc etc. though looked after properly you will probably never need replacements.
