Don't worry Dave, he will be back there tomorrow (cutting me more nice dead oak firewood)

He's doing a great job "cleansing" the woodland path of all nasty deadwood. But we have only allowed him to cut path side. Gotta keep these ecomentalists appeased:thumbup1:

You want to see the size of Petes Oak deadwood pile from today !

I can give yous guys the number of a great cuddly toy outlet.

You can purchase some pretend woodland birds & stick them up all along the path, they even make chirppy noises when you pull the cord at the back.

The public won't even be able to tell that this piece of woodland is now devoid of eco-balance

Monkey-D the ecomentalist .......................I likes that, cheers Pete :001_smile:

I've been involved with a fair few LA jobs recently, mostly removing dangerous deadwood. Its nice to see some councils are a little more forward thinking than others and asking us to retain as much habbitat as possible  natural fracture pruning, corronet cuts on larger wood, monoliths and stacking all we removed on site.
